Registrations
To register for the 41st Benelux Meeting on Systems and Control, please complete the on-line Electronic Registration Form. Reservations are firm only when the corresponding Payment has been received.
Only electronic registrations are accepted.
Fee schedule
The registration fee depends on the time of registration.
- Early registration deadline is February 20, 2022
- Late registration deadline is April 18, 2022
On-line registrations received after April 18th, 2022, will be processed at the on-site rate and only if space can be found. On-site registrations can be made at the conference registration desk if space is still available.
The fee schedule, in EUR, is as follows:

If you register for a double room and you want to share the room with a colleague of your choice, then put the name of your colleague in the space available on the registration form. Important: the colleague with whom you share the room also needs to register separately (!) using the registration form.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions.
- A copy of the Book of Abstracts.
- Coffee breaks.
- In the case of an accommodation arrangement: lunch, event and dinner on the first day; breakfast, lunch, and banquet on the second day; and breakfast and lunch on the third day.
- In the case of only meals arrangement: lunch, event and dinner on the first day, lunch, and banquet on the second day, and lunch on the third day.
- In the case of a one day arrangement: lunch, event and dinner on day 1, lunch and banquet on day 2, and lunch only on day 3.
