Registrations

To register for the 36th Benelux Meeting on Systems and Control, please complete the on-line Electronic Registration Form. Reservations are firm only when the corresponding Payment has been received. Only electronic registrations are accepted. Registration fees for the 36th Benelux Meeting on Systems and Control must be paid in advance. Early registration is highly recommended. On-line registrations have to be received by March 16, 2017.

Fee schedule

The registration fee depends on the time of registration. Early registration deadline is February 15, 2017, on-line registration is possible till March 16, 2017. On-line registrations received after March 16, 2017, will be processed at the on-site rate and only if space can be found. On-site registrations can be made at the conference registration desk if space is still available.

In the unlikely event the conference centre accommodation reservations we have booked for our meeting are fully booked we will assign participants to other locations of comparable quality. If you register for a shared room (2 or 3 persons) and you want to share with colleagues from your group, then register for a Twin or Triple room and put the name of your colleague(s) in the final comment section of the registration form. Important: the colleague(s) with whom you share the room also need to register separately (!) using the registration form. There will be separate rooms for males and females.

On-line registrations received after March 16, 2017, will be processed using the on-site rate and only if space can be found. On-site registrations can be made at the conference registration desk if space is still available. Registration by fax, email or letters will not be accepted. The deadline for early registrations will be strictly adhered to.

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions.
  • A copy of the Book of Abstracts.
  • Coffee, tea and water during the meeting.
  • In the case of an accommodation arrangement: lunch and dinner on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; and breakfast and lunch on Thursday.
  • In the case of a one day arrangement: lunch on Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday.
